Classroom use
Activity Launcher is a teacher utility for finding and presenting classroom activities. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting activities for student age, accessibility, school policy, safety, and applicable law. The timer and activity directions do not replace teacher judgment or supervision.
Your local content
You may edit directions and select local images or PDFs. You retain your rights in that content and must have permission to use it. Local content can be lost after uninstall, storage clearing, device failure, or operating-system behavior, so keep separate copies when needed.
Free access and Activity Pro
Free access includes 12 curated book activities, every Brain Break, Today Mode using available activities, student display, Quick Tutorial, and up to five favorites. Activity Pro unlocks all 105 book activities, Quick Create, keyword search, unlimited favorites, timer and advanced display tools, copying and editing, and local media controls.
Subscriptions
Activity Pro Monthly and Activity Pro Annual renew automatically for the same billing period unless canceled through Apple before renewal. The localized price, currency, taxes, eligibility, and confirmation terms shown by Apple at purchase control. Version 1 offers no free trial.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Manage Subscription in the app or your Apple account settings to manage or cancel. Restore Purchases restores eligible Activity Pro access, not local favorites, edits, images, or PDFs.
License and ownership
Subject to these terms and Apple’s rules, Oskar Cymerman grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful educational purposes. The app, activity collection, design, software, and branding remain the property of the publisher or its licensors.
Availability and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law. Apple’s standard licensed application terms also apply where required.
